Welcome to LockGrowth - Locksmith Growth Platform, a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform engineered to enable locksmith businesses to qualify website visitors, generate instant price estimates, capture lead information, and manage emergency response pipelines.

Throughout these Terms of Use, "Platform", "Lead Capture & Instant Quote", "we", "us", and "our" refer to Atypikal Studio. "User", "you", and "your" refer to any website visitor, lead enquiry customer, or subscriber business accessing or using the platform.

By accessing our website, interacting with the Lead Capture & Instant Quote instant quote widget, submitting a lead enquiry, or logging into the subscriber management dashboard, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our associated Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use or access the Lead Capture & Instant Quote platform or embed its widgets on third-party websites.

Lead Capture & Instant Quote provides dedicated single-tenant SaaS tools for locksmith companies, including:

• Embeddable multi-step quote wizard widgets (JavaScript, iFrame, React).
• Dynamic pricing calculation based on service type, property type, urgency, and geocoded location.
• Instant notification dispatch via email (Resend).
• Dedicated CRM dashboard featuring lead management Kanban pipeline, quotes log, and configuration settings.

When using the Lead Capture & Instant Quote platform or submitting enquiries:

• You agree to provide accurate, current, and genuine contact information (name, telephone number, and UK postcode).
• You agree not to submit fraudulent, spam, or malicious quote requests.
• Subscriber locksmith businesses are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their admin portal credentials and ensuring tenant isolation compliance.
• You must not attempt to reverse engineer, bypass rate limits, or exploit the platform API.

Instant estimates generated by the Lead Capture & Instant Quote engine (e.g. £75 – £120 for Emergency Lockout) are indicative estimates only based on the service rules and price boundaries configured by the subscriber locksmith business.

Estimates exclude specialist hardware replacement, complex anti-snap locks, or unforeseen site complications unless explicitly specified. The final binding cost of any locksmith job is determined directly between the client and the attending locksmith technician prior to performing work.

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Atypikal Studio shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Disputes between website visitors and locksmith businesses following lead dispatch.
• Delays or failures in email alert delivery caused by third-party network providers.
• Inaccuracies in geocoding coordinates provided by external map APIs.
• Loss of business or revenue resulting from temporary service unavailability.

Lead Capture & Instant Quote, including its software, source code, user interface, branding, logos, graphics, content, documentation and associated intellectual property, is owned by Atypikal Studio or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Subscriber businesses are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to embed the Lead Capture & Instant Quote widget on their authorized domain names during active subscription periods.

While we strive to maintain maximum platform uptime (99.9% target), Lead Capture & Instant Quote is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We reserve the right to perform scheduled maintenance, software updates, or emergency security fixes without prior notice.

The platform integrates with service providers including MySQL, Hostinger, Resend, Nominatim/OpenStreetMap, and Vercel. Use of platform features relying on external APIs is subject to the operating status and terms of those respective providers.

Our collection, use, and protection of personal data submitted during quote generation is detailed in full compliance with UK GDPR in our Privacy Policy.

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any legal dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
